Good Faith Estimate | United States
Last updated: September 30, 2026
Applies to clients in the United States
This Good Faith Estimate notice applies to clients who are physically located in the United States (Texas) and are uninsured or choose not to use their insurance. It is provided under the U.S. No Surprises Act.
Your right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to give clients who are uninsured or who choose not to use their insurance a “Good Faith Estimate” of the expected charges for therapy services.
What it includes
A Good Faith Estimate is not a contract. It is an estimate of the expected charges for the scheduled or requested services, based on what is known at the time. Standard fees range from $150 for individual sessions to $200 for couples intake sessions; the full fee schedule is available on the Services page.
How to request it
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your scheduled service, or before any services are provided, whichever is later. To request one, ask Dirce during your consultation or through the contact channel provided at booking.
If your bill is higher than the estimate
If you are billed more than the Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the charge. You may first contact the provider to resolve the dispute, or submit a dispute to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services within 120 calendar days of the date on the original bill. More information about your rights and the dispute process is available at www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
